  • To ensure that we provide the proper care needed and the right Home Care Aide, we offer a NO-COST evaluation and assessment!

  • Each referral is handled personally by a Client Care Coordinator who takes the referrals step-by-step to ensure that the proper Home Care Aide (HCA) is assigned. All PTHC, LLC Home Care Aides are bonded, insured, fully vaccinated and are all registered with the Department of Social Services, Home Care Service Bureau.

  • The process includes a personal consultation to be handled by a Personal Touch Care Coordinator. A Client Care Coordinator will be happy to meet with you, discuss your needs and assist with a personalized care plan tailored to the specific level of care needed.

  • Close monitoring and periodic evaluation are strongly observed to ensure the highest level of care and satisfaction.
